She was predeceased by: her parents, William Calvin and Francis Lee Wallis (Bice); her husband Gary Bennett; her siblings, Rosetta Jones, Ruby Cox, Viginia Chandler and Henry Dennis Wallis; and her stepsiblings, John, Robert Herman and Ann Cowan.
She is survived by: her close friend Jorge Barrera; her sisters, June Wakerley of Florida and Tammie Kanagy of Ratcliff; her stepbrother Jim Herman of Michigan; and her pets, Corkie, Sassy and Dazie. She is also survived by Several nieces and nephews other relatives and many friends.
