He is survived by: his wife Sylvia McElroy Kuykendall of Ratcliff; his daughter Andrea L. Johnson of Mulberry, Arkansas; his brother-in-law Albert McElroy of Alma, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Johnny L. Kuykendall (Kayla) of Miami and Stephannie Kuykendall of Greenwood, Arkansas; and his great grandchild Alainah Alldredge of Greenwood.
