He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Lee and Georgie Spain; and his daughter Cindy. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Carolyn Spain (Crenshaw) of Ratcliff; his son Milton Spain (Michelle) of Greenwood; and his stepsons, James Watkins of Ratcliff, Ray Watkins of Hot Springs, Bill Watkins of Fort Smith and Ronnie Bowen of Texas. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
