He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Monroe D. Davis and Imogene Barger Davis; his daughters, Rose Ann Davis Strnad (Bobby) of Clinton and Danyel Khristine Davis Williams (Michael) of Quitman, Arkansas.; his grandchildren, Larry Bowman Pool, Logan Drake Pool and Alyssa Cheyenne Williams; his sisters, JoyAnn Davis Johnston of Conway and Linda Davis Story (Floyd) of Quitman, Arkansas; his nephew Scotty Johnston; and his nieces, Karen Johnston Mcpeake (Aaron) of Quitman, Arkansas, Ginger Golf Sanford (Dale) of Little Rock, Arkansas and Melissa Golf Padgett (Steve) of Conway.
