She was predeceased by: her husband Cecil Lee Spradlin; and her stepchildren, Don and Claudia. She is survived by: her children, Cecil Leonard Spradlin (Linda) and Beverly Kimble Bagwell (Keith); her grandchildren, Nathan, Shonna, Beth, Athena, Kelly, Kayla, Shayne and Hayden; and her siblings, Fred Permenter (Dorothy), Owen Permenter and Patsy Burgess (Jack). She is also survived by many great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild.
