She was predeceased by: her parents, Odes Franklin and Billie Jean Frazier; her husband Rick Breeding; her brother Jimmie Frazier; and her grandparents, William, Myrtle Goade and Vance Frazier.
She is survived by: her daughter Tiffany James (Nathan); her grandchildren, Brooklyn Hynum and Gabriel Willis; her sister Sharon Countz (Gary); her niece Michelle Berry (Joshua); her great-nephew Garrett Berry (Tali); and her great-niece Emerson Berry.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Flat Rock Missionary Baptist Church (174 Flat Rock Ln, Quitman, AR 72131). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
