She is survived by: her husband Daniel David Maddox, Jr.; her son Warren Scott Maddox (Michelle) of El Paso, AR; her grandsons, Andrew and Christopher Maddox; her daughter Karen Maddox Foster (Doug) of Quitman, AR; her grandchildren, Karetta Fowler (James) of Conway, AR, Mikael, Max, Huxley and Katrina Stogner (Justin) of Midland, TX; her great grandchildren, Ana and Kayden; her daughter Susan Maddox Shaw (Michael) of Quitman, AR; her grandchildren, Alexis Shaw and Cole Shaw (Kolbey); her great grandchildren, Easton of Quitman, AR., Weston of Quitman, AR. and Willow of Quitman, AR.; and her grandchild Emmalee Shaw of Quitman, AR.. She is also survived by 3 children, 7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
