She was predeceased by: her husband Harry; and her brother LeRoy Chase. She is survived by: her children, Debbie Dick (Paul), Pam Longnecker and Wade Warren (Sherry); her granddaughters, Amber, Rene', Christie, Kimberly and Lisa; and her stepgranddaughter Brooke. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
