He is survived by: his children, Linda Loomis of Crowne Point and Albert Patton (Cindy) of Proctor, Arkansas.; his grandchildren, Dee Samano, Carrie Clatterbuck, Donna Cacini, Lucas Patton, Derek Patton, Eric Patton and Stephanie Patton; his great grandchildren, Brittany, Dianna, Shawnna, Savanna, Logan and Emma; his great great grandchild Holden; and his pet Tammie.
