He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Wayne Coulter (Nadine) of Texas, Jerry Wayne Coulter of West Memphis, Billy Wayne Coulter (Carolyn) of Proctor, Chris Coulter of Wynne, Melissa Ann Coffey of Wynne, Pamela Ruth Pendleton (Maurice) of Jonesboro, Christine Ann Coulter and Michelle of Texas; his siblings, Robert Coulter (Doris) of Morrilton and Jean Woodruff of Van Buren; his niece Paula McGee (Bill) of Wynne; and his grandchildren, Gabriella Coulter, Garrett Coulter, Allie Hadley, Rico Coffey, Ania Ann Coffey, King Coffey, Makayla Pendleton, Maurice Pendleton, Jr., Maxwell Pendleton, Valoree Coulter, Jordan Coulter, Laura and Justina. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
