He is survived by: his wife Linda Nafie Eubanks; his children, Donna Eubanks Kane (Mike), Richard (Ricky) and Elliot Eubanks (Debbie); and his grandchildren, Brett Holland and Tia Beth Williams (Zach).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St Jude Children's Research Hospital or The Ronald McDonald House.
