He was predeceased by : his father James Andrew Smith. He is survived by : his mother Carolyn Jean Roberts Smith; his sons, Andrew Smith and Ryan Smith; his stepchildren, Aiden James and Sydney Gomez (Joe); his stepgrandchildren, Amillia Noah and Eli Gomez; and his half-brother Scott Smith of Stuttgart.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 25th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Roller-Citizens Funeral Home (201 Pine St, West Memphis, AR 72301). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, June 25th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Roller-Citizens Funeral Home Chapel (201 Pine St, West Memphis, AR 72301).
