She was predeceased by: her parents, Cliff Flowers and Judy Teets Flowers; and her stepfather Doug Beggs. She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Chism; her children, Justen Chism, Courtney Medders (Jae) and Katelyn Chism; her grandchildren, Kynleigh, Ana Kobe, Ledger and Josie Swayzie; and her siblings, Steve Flowers and Debbie Brickey.
