He is survived by: his wife Betty Barkley of Proctor; and his children, Randy Barkley of Mount Olive, MS, Russell Barkley of Hughes, Gary Barkley of Proctor, Trent Barkley of Hughes and Karen Smart of Bartesville, OK. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
