He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Ellis and Kitty Sue Ellis; his grandparents, William Valentine, Jessie Ellis and Lon Mann; and his brothers-in-law, Vaughn Miller and Bob Higginbotham.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Langston Ellis; his sons, Lonnie Ellis (Robin) of McKinney, TX and Brandon Ellis (Liz) of Durant, OK; his grandchildren, Liam Ellis, Bennett Laningham, Cambrie Ellis of McKinney, TX, Brayden Roberts, Logan Ellis and Ashton Ellis of Durant, OK.; his sister Patsy Higginbotham of Prescott; and his sister-in-law Louise Miller of Homer, LA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Prescott Church of Christ (305 E Main St, Prescott, AR 71857). A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
