She was predeceased by: her parents, Thurman Lucas and Margie Hooks Lucas; her husband Jewel Grifford; and her son Barry Grifford. She is survived by: her sister Derinda Hartsfield (David); her daughter Denise Eldridge (Ron); and her grandchildren, Jon Jason Anderson and Ashton Anderson. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; numerous cousins and other relatives.
