He was predeceased by: his parents, Frankie Marcum and Tabby Marcum of West Virginia; his wives, Deborah Marcum and Judy Marcum; his children, Aaron Marcum and Teresa Lynn Rickman; his granddaughter Victoria Leisure; and his siblings, Toney Marcum, James Edward Marcum and Janet Perry.
He is survived by: his sisters, Joann Barnett and Polly Pennington of West Virginia; his children, Randall Ray Marcum Jr. and Kathleen Francisco of Lancaster, Ohio.; and his close friend Vernon Burkeen of Prescott. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brazzel-Cornish Funeral Home (1196 US-371, Prescott, AR 71857). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at the Midway Cemetery (2311 US 371W).
