He was predeceased by: his parents, Glocus Skaggs and Dona Black Skaggs. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Skaggs; his daughters, Burbon Avery and Britney Baxley (Randy); and his grandchildren, Nicole Thomas, Abbye Adams, Breanna Haddix, Baylee Haddix and Will Baxley. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren; along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
