It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Louise Barksdale in Prescott, Arkansas, who passed away on July 21, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Pike "A. P." and Marie Johnson Barksdale; her son John Ledbetter; and her siblings, Harold, Hubert, Jimmy and Helen.

She is survived by: her brother Ronnie Barksdale; and her sister-in-law June Porter. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Because of this, she would want donations to the Nevada County Library in lieu of flowers.
