She is survived by: her children, Undra Spencer (Veronica) of Okolona, AR, Toni Muldrow of Prescott, AR and Roger Muldrow (Keisha) of Russellville, AR; her grandchildren, Hannah Spencer, Caleb Spencer, Da'Mya Tripp, Trinity Muldrow and Ry'Lee Muldrow; her siblings, Mille Smith, Fannie Ollision (Clifford) and Richard Ray Smith of Prescott, AR; her uncles, Fred McGill and Clarence Shaw; her nieces, Carolyn Woodley, Gwendolyn Little, Sharon Hayes-Galvin, Tammi Smith, LaShawn Smith and Dominique Smith-Williams; and her close friends, Thomas "Low Rider" Johnson, Louise, Sweet, Dixon, Janice Carter and Yvonne "Duck" Sockwell.
