He was predeceased by: his siblings, James Clyde, Lonnie Hoover, James "Junior" Hoover and Juanita Mayo. He is survived by: his siblings, Bill Hoover of Prescott, AR and Willie Faye Clements (Billy) of Bodcaw. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
