He is survived by: his mother Virgie Morgan Johnson; his wife Lori Johnson; his son Justin Jernigan (Samantha Texarkana); his brother Jim Johnson; his grandchildren, Erin Dixon (David), Jacy Jernigan and Easton Jernigan; and his great grandchild Avery Dixon.
