She is survived by: her husband Jerry Hendrix of Prescott, Arkansas; her children, Teresa Smith (Dean) of Blevins, Arkansas and Jerry Hendrix Jr. of Prescott, Arkansas; and her siblings, Joyce Walker of Prescott, Arkansas, David Kirkham (Patricia) of Prescott, Arkansas and Lee Cason (Sandy) of Prescott, Arkansas. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, and one great-grandson.
