He is survived by: his children, Bryan Applegate (Laura) of Prescott, Dusty Dougan of Ashdown, Amanda Wheeler (Chris) of Texarkana and Tiffany Laughard (Chad) of Prescott; his grandchildren, Scottie Stinson, Mandi Trickel, Jacee "Lip" Love, Jerry Trickel, Sarabeth Wheeler, Tyler Wheeler, Damien Godwin, Serrah Martin and Lyric Rogers; his great grandchild Waylon Love; and his siblings, Jerry Applegate (Dee) of Spring Hill and Glenda Applegate of Spring Hill. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Home (403 S Main St, Hope, AR 71801). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Foster Cemetery (143 Hempstead 164 Rd, Hope, AR 71801).
