She was predeceased by: her siblings, Glenda Moore and Troy Hawley; and her grandparents, Ester and Luther Reese. She is survived by: her parent Debi Smith of Hope Arkansas; her husband Larry Otwell; her children, Zackary Tye, Zoie Elizabeth of Prescott, Arkansas, Zack Otwell (Haili) and Zayne Otwell; her grandchild Bodhi Wolfe Otwell; her brothers, Kenneth Smith (Fran) of Aldeburgh, England and Billy Bob Smith (Michelle) of Hope, Arkansas; her aunt Sue Buie of Prescott; and her cousins, Larry Bradley of Prescott, Tommy Buie of Conway, Eddie Buie of Prescott and Joey Caraway of Atlanta, Texas. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
