He was predeceased by: his parents, William Adams and Stella Adams; and his siblings, W. D. Adams, Monroe A. Adams and Wilma L. Linton.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Adams; his daughter Cynthia Adams; his brother Billy O. Adams (Wilma); his grandchildren, Whitney Yancey, Brennon Winston and Colbey Winston; and his great grandchildren, Devan Mullins, Jadan Davis and Elisha Davis. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
