She was predeceased by: her parent James Walter Crutchfield, Sr.; her husband Jack York; and her siblings, James Walter Crutchfield, Jr., Marceline Guiliani, Paula Rae Poe, Jewell Paxton and Kathleen Crutchfield.
She is survived by: her parent Susan Elizabeth Williams Crutchfield; her nieces, Judith Lynn Hyndman (Jerry) of San Antonio, Linda Lichina (Steve) of Gibsonia, PA, Lisbeth Kirsh (Allen) of Austin, Emily Richesin (Chuck) of Little Rock and Kay Crutchfield of Little Rock; and her significant other Francis Gilbert of Prattsville. She is also survived by nieces and nephews as well as her church family and friends.
