He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Wayne Hughes and Sarah Stepp; and his niece Lucy Starks. He is survived by: his parents, Wayne Hughes and Bridgett Hughes; his wife Charlie Hughes; his children, Karen, Kaleb and Kylie; his siblings, Autumn Starks (Matt) and Richard Hughes (Larah); his grandparents, Richard and Debbie St. Clair; his parents-in-law, Carolyn Winkle (Joe Doss) and Chris Winkle (Rita); his nephew Levi Starks; and his niece Lauren Hughes. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
