He is survived by: his children, Billy Simmons of Malvern and Beverly Frost (Doyle) of Birchtree, MO; his grandchildren, Cheyenne Simmons of Hot Springs, Jamie Webb (Carly) of Leola, Brandon Webb (Crystal) of Prattsville, Shawn Webb (Ashley) of Conway, Mandy Norris (Christian) of Malvern and Amber Buck of Malvern; his great grandchildren, Emilee, Carter Webb, Logan, Falon, Laney Webb, Nathan, Alexandria Webb, Conner, Chelsea Buck Chase and Charley Norris; and his sister Bobbie Taylor of Malvern. He is also survived by his best friend.
