He was predeceased by: his parents, John Arthur and Mary Melissa Bartholomew (Sawyer); his grandson Austin Wayne Albert Deere; his siblings, Lynn Bartholomew and Lena Bartholomew Foren; and his siblings-in-law, Fred Foren and Erlene Pennington Bartholomew.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Cooper Bartholomew; his children, Carl Bartholomew of Prairie Grove, Arkansas, Gaylene Bartholomew Deere of Prairie Grove and Karen Bartholomew Grant (Lonnie) of Farmington, Arkansas; his brother Dale Bartholomew (Jennifer) of Baldwin City, Kansas; his grandchildren, Carly Bartholomew Marx (Steven), Coby Bartholomew (Mattie Hartin), Amanda Grant Frye (Anthony) and Emily Grant; and his friend Vicki Cate of Farmington, Arkansas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
