She was predeceased by: her parents, William Eubanks and Pearl Eubanks of Huntsville, Arkansas.; her husband Paul; her daughter Diane Eubanks Glaze; her grandson David Edward Kinzer; her great grandchild Kelsi Paige Elkins; and her siblings, Bill, Justin, Eddie, Mary, Dorothy, Mildred, Pat and Agnes.
She is survived by: her daughter Lorraine (Eddie Kinzer) of Prairie Grove; her son-in-law Jack E. Glaze of Clarksville; her great grandchildren, David, Alicia, Mary, Elizabeth, Emily, Emma, Maci and Jill; and also, Davina Glaze Brashears, Blake of Aiken, Heather Glaze Thompson, Brent of Idaho Falls, Karol Kinzer Elkins, Craig of Bentonville, Jennifer Kinzer Emerson and Ryan of Prairie Grove. She is also survived by four great-great-grandchildren.
