She is survived by: her husband Thomas Daniel Ham; her son Jeff Ham (Shannon) of Ventura, CA; her stepdaughter DeAnna Medlock (Tracey) of Fayetteville, AR; her sister Jean Reed (Phil) of Lakeland, FL; her grandchildren, Hudson, Harper Ham and Matthew Hawkins; and her great grandchild Allen Hawkins.
