He is survived by: his wife Loretta Phillips; his children, Steven Clapp and Heather Bowen (Larry); his siblings, Harry Phillips, Bobby Phillips, Betty Hall, Dee Riddles (Jim) and Mary Jo Kahl; his sons, Michael, Brian and Chris Phillips; and his grandchildren, Samantha Rickert, Summer Rickert, Colin Clark, Cameron Bowen, ShayLynn Rickert, Wesley Rickert, Aubree Clapp, Ariana Levine, Parker Clapp, Devon Jarrels and Scarlet Jarrels. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
