He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis William and Bonnie Eloise Thurman (Maxwell); his children, Jerald Max Thurman and Dianne Moseby; his granddaughter Emma Grace Hampton; and his great grandchild Harrison Ellis Moseby.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Henry Thurman; his children, Chuck Thurman and Trish Thurman of Prairie Grove; his sister Judy Ann Foster of Prairie Grove; his grandchildren, Jim Moseby (Shelbi), Joey Moseby (Emily), Danielle Lowther (Casey), Jake Thurman (Heather), Eli Stokes (Chasity), Brance Sugg, Faith Sugg and Patience Sugg; his great grandchildren, Hayden, Hilton, Hudson, Sarah, Cadence, Jett, Max and Will; and his great great grandchildren, Kollyns, Luke and Gracelee. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
