He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Sill and Minnie Bell Sill; his wife Janet Sill; and his brothers, Lee, Gail and Ray Sill.
He is survived by: his children, Romala Church of Mountainburg, Jeanette Nelson of Mulberry, Kenneth Sill, Jr. of Fort Smith, Guy Sill of Fort Smith and Kevin Sill of Alma. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
