She is survived by: her husband James Carter; her children, Justin Carter (Jennifer) and Cheryl Whitfield; her siblings, Jerry Jones of Prairie Grove and Linda Barnes of Kibler, Arkansas; and her grandchildren, Robert Whitfield, Cade Carter and Cameron Carter.
