He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Clarence Fox and Ola Katherine Leach (Kirk); his wife Wanda Lea Loughridge Leach; and his siblings, Jack Leach, Bill Leach, Lillus Evans and Maxine Burris.
He is survived by: his children, Chip Leach (Beverly) and Gail Leach of Pensacola, Florida; his sister Phyllis Sargent of Prairie Grove, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Autumn Mitchell, Crystal Banks and Kayson Leach; and his great grandchildren, Anthony Reed, Jacquelin Capwell, Ryan Capwell, Zoe Edwards, Aimee Edwards, Bailey Mitchell, Brantley Mitchell and Berkley Mitchell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
