He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry and Erma L. Evans (Moore); his brothers, Arthur, Luke, Jay, Everett and Pete; and his nephew John David Evans.
He is survived by: his wife Billie Sue Evans; his children, Ron Evans, Sandi Evans Fox and Mike Evans; his grandchildren, Ryan, Jeff, Shawn, Joey, John, Paula, Shane, Kristin, Melissa, Jessica, Brandon, Casey, Angela, Josh and Nick; his siblings, Coy, Paul, Florence, Jean, Bell and Sue; his son Mikemichael; his aunt Billie; and his uncle John. He is also survived by thirty-six great grandchildren, nine great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to John's favorite charity, St. Judes Children's Research Hospital.Funeral.
