She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Hooker and Meryl Hooker (Qualls); her husband Veryl Hutchens; her son Howard Boise; her daughters-in-law, Janet Sue Hutchens and Una Raye Hutchens; and her siblings, Howard Hooker Jr., James Harvey Hooker and Ona Marie Hooker.
She is survived by: her sons, James Roger Hutchens (Doris) of Lincoln and Ronnie Hutchens of Fayetteville, Arkansas; her sister Doris Jean McConnell of Farmington, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Liz Hutchens, Gary Hutchens, Terry Hutchens (Cathy), Doug Hutchens (Melissa) and Mike Hutchens (Rami); her great grandchildren, Miranda, Jared, Bryce, Brenna, Nathan, Alex and Chase; and also John Everett. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Viney Grove Methodist Church 751 E Parks St. Prairie Grove, Arkansas 72753.
