He is survived by: his son Pansey Rackley (Moyer); his wife Margaret Rackley; his children, Lore Lei Marvin, Harris Chip Rackley, William Van Rackely and Veronica Ann Fedfroski; his adoptive sons, David Erin Rackley and Jason Van Rackley; and his stepson Donald Rose Ward. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
