He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmer Rowe and Winnie Rowe (Thomas); his brother Howard; and his former wife Patricia Rowe. He is survived by: his wife Judith Poole Rowe; his children, Danny Doug Rowe (Teresa), Dennis Rowe, Priscilla Doss (Jamie), Cassie Argumaniz (John Konz) and Cindy Stokes (James Kling); his siblings, Dennis Rowe (Pamela), Luette Carr, Linna Essary and Donna Bradford; and his sister-in-law Louise Rowe. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren.
