He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Biggs and Mary Elizabeth "Lizzie" Biggs (Leach); his wife Hazel McCracken Biggs; and his siblings, James "Buster" Biggs, Louise Sturdy and Ethel Lockwood.
He is survived by: his children, Denise Power (Ken) of Fayetteville, Carl Biggs (Wanda) of Cane Hill and Curtis Paul (Jo Ann) of Cane Hill. He is also survived by 6 grand children and 6 great-grandchildren.
