He is survived by: his children, Steven Pannell, Lynett Vinson (David) and Deborah Pannell; his grandchildren, Trin Vinson (April), Matthew Pannell, Mitchell Pannell, Jennifer Caesar and Mendy Craig; his siblings, Norman Pannell of Yakima, WA and Oneta Bran of Maine; and his great grandchildren, Zach Miller, Trustyn Vinson, Beau Miller, Corwyn Vinson, Christopher Pannell and Christian Wolf. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren; 9 great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
