He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fitch and Daisy Fitch (Calico); and his sister Carmelita. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Fitch; his children, Gene Fitch Jr. (Jana) of Richardson, Michael Fitch (Karyn) of Prairie Grove, Kenneth Fitch (Lauren) of Rogers, Arkansas and Cheryl Helms (Steve) of Rogers, Arkansas; and his siblings, Jerry Wasserman (Ginger) of California, Shirley Hausafus (Bob) of California and Faye Clark (Paul) of Virginia. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
