He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Vernon Parker and Opal Parker (Richey); his daughter Cynthia Hawkins; his brothers, Jay and Billy Parker; his wife Eloise Parker; his children, Diana (Richard Mehnert), Johnathan (Anh Parker) and Jeffrey (Lisa Parker); his grandsons, Brock and Austin Mehnert; his children, Jacob, Javen, Joshua, Jonah Parker, Katie, Olivia, Ben, Nick and Charlotte Parker; and his siblings, Gene, Jerry, Geraldine, Kay, Alice and Linda. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
