He is survived by: his mother Myrna McCormick (Givens); his siblings, Greg Parker (Anita), Tracy Parker (Kara) and Rhonda Betzner (Paul); his sons, Trent Parker (Nicole), Terence Parker and Forrest Parker (Lindsay); his daughter-in-law Brandi Parker; his grandchildren, Shelby, Taylor, Alyssa, Dylan, Brett, Ian, Calvin and Oliver; his great grandchild Grayson; and his foster children, Joseph, Nathan, Daniel and Rainey.
