She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Pershall and Katie Lee Pershall (Copeland); her husband Bob Pettit; and her siblings, Betty Butler, Eva Gay Goldman and James Pershall.
She is survived by: her children, Blaine and Becky Hoskins of Prairie Grove; her siblings, Joynell Gullett (Gene) of Prairie Grove, Butch Pershall (Karen) of Prairie Grove, Royce Pershall (Debbie) of Lincoln and Wendall Pershall (Teresa) of Morrow; her grandchildren, Robby Allen (Amy) and Bobby Allen; and her great grandchildren, Taylor Allen, Neosha Allen, Elisha Allen and Piper Allen.
