He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville William and Maurine Allison DuBois; his sister Barbara Jean Clark; and his nephew Nathan DuBois. He is survived by: his wife Debra; his daughter Shelley Nichols (Richard) of Broken Arrow, OK; his brother Bill DuBois (Sharon) of Anacortes, WA; and his granddaughter Dr. Lauren Nichols of Tulsa, OK.
