He is survived by: his wife Kennetha Moore (Baggett); his children, Neal Moore of Haskell, Jason Cloud (Brandy) of Mabelvale and Brandy Cloud (Michael Richards) of Benton; his father Joe Moore; his brother Timothy Moore of Ohio; his grandchildren, Kenneth Lee, Trisha Lynn, Brittany Danielle and Lexie Colleen; his great grandchild Harlee WhoWho; and his sisters-in-law, Arletta Freeze (Mark) of Benton and Michelle Baggett of Benton.
In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the funeral home to assist the family with funeral expenses.
