She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Nancy and Wilma Nichols Sr. Nancy; her husband Raymond Smither (Doc); and her brothers, Charles and Michael Nichols.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tammie Burks (Michael) of Magnet Cove, Carol McDougal (Max) of Magnet Cove, Terry Klein (Brandon) of Poyen and Regina Breshears Nichols of Hot Springs; her grandchildren, Keith Nichols, Samantha Lankford (Jacob), Brittany Burks (Colton Ross), Kari Burks, Makyla Thornberry (Scott), Magan McDougal, William, Zachary Klein, Dewayne and Justin McCool; and her siblings, Frances Jones of New Caney and Kenneth Nichols Jr. (Beth) of Junction City.
